• Coffee and tea facilities have been improved I am happy that this is available in all standard rooms. I would upgrade the sheets (brown/beige ) and furniture. It looks very outdated. A different color would already improve a lot. I have always wondered why there is a napkin on my bed, it is very weird.

• Perfect location for me.

• Service:
• always great service. The ladies at the reception are less friendly.
• Restaurant:
• I prefer the breakfast at the Wels rather than the other buffet. the buffet (before 0800) smells and is very crowded.
• Bar:
• great service but only one person for a busy night is too much.

The fitness center needs an upgrade, at least with a treadmill, and its opening hours need to be extended.

A very nice and friendly hotel, located next to tech companies, university and Burgerwald, with good tramway lines to city centrum. Always super good breakfast in nice restaurant. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

• I prefer the newer rooms. The ''old'' rooms do not have a boilet /coffee machine which I really miss and I think are essential / basic room items. the old rooms need to be renewed, are a bit outdated.

Our stay was really pleasant except that we could not get any food in the hotel and had to leave to try to find something outside - as the location is not in the centre is was not that easy to find a restaurant. No communication when reserving warning us about the fact that all restaurants were closed during our stay - so we could not even prepare for this by making a reservation somewhere else.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The hand written welcome card and jam was also a very nice touch. I found your hotel to be a reminder of “the old days” kind of classy. You also offered us a late Sunday check out until 13:00 at no extra charge. That was really fantastic! The wellness area was also very nice. I wish it was open later into the evening, but that’s all I would say. I travel to Bremen often and will stay again. Thanks again,

• I had linguine with pesto. The walnuts tasted strange (old) the pesto had not much taste. Used to be better in the past (3-10years ago). I used to eat here at least 2 times every week during my stay. This time I only went once during a 2 week stay

Great. But somehow I also sleep badly in Munte. Not sure if it is the bed or the fact that the blanket is not wide enough or that I am too used to having a 2 person bed.

• The menu in the Wels restaurant is quite restricted for regular staying guests, I ordered the goats cheese pastries and at €14 thought it was very expensive. In the Italian I ordered a steak and was denied chips/fries. Surely there would have been some fries in the hotel somewhere? The food in both restaurants is very nice and well presented.

I have no real complaints about the hotel, the room is very nice and very clean (apart from the tea and coffee), ALL the staff I have come across are happy, friendly and helpful. I would rather see the cost of parking included as I feel like I am been penalised for not getting in the car park early enough to get free parking and find it annoying when I cannot get in a space because some one has parked over two spaces, but I think if the parking charge was absorbed in the room rate it would be more appealing.

These rooms were not renovated within the last period of renovation. The first room we were given was really poor: ground floor, no sun and extremely strong cigarette smell. Luckily the receptionist offered us another room with no big discussion (denying thought that it was a smoking room before). Next room was in the 4rd floor and quite nice.

• An italian restaurant should also offer pasta, I think. Not one single pasta meal on the menu.

A nice stay. However I found it not reasonable that you charged me 6 euros for the parking space, when I had to stay behind the yellow bar. Last time I parked on that spot you didn't charge anything. Especially for returning guests I think that parking should be free, regardless where I park.

There are baout 10 free parking spaces in front of our hotel and 90 more chargeable parking spaces, as you mentioned already. We share this parkling space with the adjacent medical center. You will find more parking spaces in a walking distance of about 7 minutes for about 0,70 €/day. Thanks for visiting our Italian restaurat „del bosco“. At the moment we offer 14 pasta dishes. Really love your hotel. My 2nd time there. Glad I stayed there and not downtown like many of my conference colleagues. The spa is the selling point for me.
